Ann joined 女奴视频 in 2014, bringing to the company nearly 15 years of experience in business risk strategy and management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. As Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO), Ann is responsible for managing all of 女奴视频鈥檚 enterprise risk management efforts, which include global oversight of 女奴视频鈥檚 regulated financial service entities, corporate compliance, credit risk management, insurance, third party risk management and organizational resilience. She previously served as Senior Vice President, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, overseeing 女奴视频鈥檚 global programs covering ethics and compliance, enterprise risk management and organizational resilience, and the provision of legal support involving Bank governance and regulatory matters, privacy, litigation, human resources, and procurement.

Prior to joining 女奴视频, Ann was Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for SIG SAUER and IDEXX Laboratories, where she advised on domestic and international legal matters, built compliance and ethics programs, set reporting strategies, and supported the general counsel with corporate governance, board matters and SEC reporting. Ann also worked in private practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green in New Hampshire and served as a law clerk for Judge Eugene E. Siler Jr. of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she graduated first in her class, and a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Cornell University. She is active in her community supporting nonprofits with missions that she is passionate about and she holds a seat on the Board of Directors of Olympia Snowe Women鈥檚 Leadership Institute and the Dempsey Center.
